Shipping Policy

We have a 3 to 5 business day handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries its best to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase is made on a Saturday after 11am, we will likely ship the product out on Monday.

Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you have any questions, please email us at cobitinternational@gmail.com.

Our products are usually shipped out within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery takes 10 to 20 business days.

Important Notice for International Shipments, Including Brazil

In accordance with Brazilian import legislation (Decree-Law No. 37/1966 and Normative Instruction RFB No. 1,737/2017), the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes imposed on product imports. COBIT STORE is not responsible for any additional costs generated by customs or other government agencies. If the product is held or blocked by customs, the customer is responsible for any fees, taxes, or procedures necessary to release the item. This also applies to other countries where government regulations may hinder the shipping process, which are beyond COBIT STORE’s control.

Return Policy

If you still need to return a product, we understand, and here are the details:

  • You can return the product up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • You are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
  • Please fill out the tracking form below to guarantee the return. We need the tracking number to process the return.
  • Products must be in new and unused condition.
  • Products with a custom logo are not returnable.
  • You will receive a full product refund, excluding the shipping cost. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
